Gesprächsrunde am 22. September – „Vorurteile gegen Flüchtlinge“

Am 22. September haben wir mithilfe von Dokumenten von der UN-Flüchtlingshilfe und dem Flüchtlingsrat NRW e.V. gängige Vorurteile, die gegen Migranten bestehen, auf den Prüfstand gestellt und mit den Fakten verglichen. Diese Gesprächsrunde fand wie die anderen im Rahmen eines Projekts statt, dass vom Ministerium für Kinder, Jugend, Familie, Gleichstellung, Flucht und Integration des Landes NRW gefördert wird.

Ausflug zum Kletterpark

Am 15. September haben wir das schöne Wetter genutzt, um noch einen der letzten Outdoor-Ausflüge dieses Jahres zu unternehmen. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von vor allem ukrainischen Kindern im Kletterpark Hamm und haben an der frischen Luft und bei viel Bewegung viel Spaß gehabt, Ängste überwunden und Neues erlebt! 😁

Stadtbezirksfest Hamm-Mitte am 2. September 2023

Am Samstag hatten wir einen Stand auf dem Stadtbezirksfest Hamm-Mitte. Wir haben leckere Kuchen, Gebäck und Nachtisch gegen Spenden abgegeben und für unsere Arbeit geworben. Vielen Dank an die geflüchteten Frauen (aus dem Irak, Iran, Syrien und der Ukraine), die uns Kuchen und Nachtische gespendet haben und so unsere Teilnahme am Fest ermöglicht haben! ❤️

Ausflug mit der Museumseisenbahn – 27.08.2023

Am 27. August haben wir einen wunderschönen Ausflug mit der Museumseisenbahn unternommen, die von den Hammer Eisenbahnfreunden e.V. betrieben wird. Mit einer Gruppe von ca. 25 Personen reisten wir von Hamm aus in einem historischen Zug inklusive alter Lok gemütlich bei Kaffee und Kuchen nach Lippborg, wo wir durch die Felder in den Ort hineinliefen und die kleine aber feine Lippborger Kirmes besuchten. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter, konnten im Zug alle zusammen in einem Wagon der 1960er Jahre sitzen, und hatten viel Spaß auf der Kirmes. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Ausflug!

Refubeats 2023

Am 19.08. haben wir unser Sommerfest Refubeats mit freundlicher Unterstützung des Kulturbüros der Stadt Hamm gefeiert. Es gab internationales Essen und ein abwechslungsreiches Bühnenprogramm für Groß und Klein, mit Musikern, Sängern, einem Gospelchor, und einem Clown. Hier ein paar Impressionen 😉

Gesprächsrunde 14.08. – „Demokratie“

Am 14. August haben wir gemeinsam über das Thema „Demokratie“ gesprochen – was bedeutet Demokratie, was gehört zu einer funktionierenden Demokratie, wie ist aktuell der Stand von Demokratie in Deutschland, Europa und der Welt? All diese und mehr Fragen haben wir besprochen. Die Gesprächsrunden finden im Rahmen eines Projekts statt, dass vom Ministerium für Kinder, Jugend, Familie, Gleichstellung, Flucht und Integration des Landes NRW gefördert wird.

Refubeats 2023

Liebe Geflüchtete, liebe Ehrenamtler,
liebe Freunde und Unterstützer der Flüchtlingshilfe Hamm,

mit großer Freude geben wir bekannt, dass auch dieses Jahr wieder unser interkulturelles Sommerfest „Refubeats“ stattfinden wird – mit Live-Musik, internationalem Essen, Kaffee, Kuchen, Eis und Unterhaltungsangeboten für Groß und Klein. Ihr seid alle herzlich eingeladen, am 19.08.2023 zwischen 16 und 21 Uhr mit uns zu feiern, zu tanzen, und einen schönen Tag zu verbringen. Das Festival findet wieder auf dem Gelände der Kirche am Museumsquartier statt (Bismarckstr. 34, 59065 Hamm) und wird gefördert vom Kulturbüro der Stadt Hamm.

Programm:

  • internationales Essen mit Spezialitäten aus Syrien, dem Iran, Afghanistan und der Ukraine
  • Kaffee und Kuchen
  • Kühle Getränke und Eis zur Abkühlung 😉
  • Clown und Kinderschminken
  • Live-Musik und Tanz aus verschiedenen Ländern
